Kristen Milleville won the best paper competition for medical students at the 2018 Association of American Physiatrists (AAP) Annual Meeting, which took place in Atlanta, GA, this year, from February 13th to the 17th.
Kristen is a University of Pittsburgh medical student working under the mentorship of Dr. Amy Wagner, Associate Director of the Safar Center for Resuscitation Research and Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Kristin’s abstract was titled “Chronic Systemic Inflammation and Associations with Cognitive Performance after TBI.”
