University Times ran an Article featuring the Safar Center

The University Times published an Article titled “Army funds SCRR brain injury, trauma research”.  The article highlighted the Safar Center as one of three centers selected to receive funds to carry out blast related brain injury as part of the program “Brain Dysfunction and Blast Injury” lead by Dr. James Atkins at WRAIR.  Several members of the research team were listed in the article including Drs. Hülya Bayır, C. Edward Dixon, Valerian Kagan, and Robert Garman.
